Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Shipping Destinations
Soxy currently ships to customers within the United States and select international locations. If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Soxy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Soxy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of any damaged items so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
